At New Focus Counseling, I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can explore what’s holding you back and build the skills to move forward. Whether you're navigating anxiety, chronic pain, medical trauma, relationship stress, or family dynamics, I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach—including CBT, DBT, and art therapy—to help you reconnect with yourself and others. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and veterans, tailoring therapy to meet you where you are and support you in where you want to go.
